Three New Directors Appointed at Flipside Group as Sales Soar
Following substantial growth in sales throughout 2007, Surrey-based marketing agency Flipside Group has appointed three new Directors to maintain service delivery and move the business forward.
Mark Gallie (37) joins as Client Services Director, bringing a wealth of experience gained in top London agencies working on brands such as Ford, Citibank and Star Alliance.
Al Campbell (54) has accepted the posts of Creative and Strategic Director after a period spent as consultant to Flipside. After heading his own agency in London, Al has experience on accounts as diverse as Credit Suisse, ABN Amro, BAe Systems and Club 18-30.
Neil Christie (50) has been recruited to head-up the Group’s film, video and ‘experiential’ division. Neil is a noted filmmaker and director, with a wealth of multi-national expertise gained working for giants such as Anglo-American.
Flipside has recently received approval from the DTI to use the ‘Group’ designation and according to CEO Tim Drake, the business plan is for continued growth throughout the decade:
‘Flipside has been growing steadily for the last 10 years, and had reached the stage where it needed a more formal structure with some experienced heads at the top,” Drake explains. “These new appointments will not only help deliver our breadth of services to customers, but form a great training resource for bringing on our graduate recruits and junior team players.’
